Overall: What stands out the most with this bottle? The amazing label? The 8 Year age statement? The 131 Proof point? Or could it be the Six-shooter chamber as a cork? Yeah, it really stands out and grabs your attention. Marketing is what draws you in, but it's the product that needs to hold up on its own. Well, "I'm your huckleberry."

I won't lie, I didn't look at the proof until after my second taste. I still can't believe this is sitting at 131. Warm, yes...but full of flavor and complexity. As a cigar smoker, this paired perfectly with a mild stick on a chilly afternoon. Getting up after a few pours was a challenge, so consider yourself warned.

A huge thank you to World Whiskey Society for getting this bottle to me and giving me the opportunity to give my two-cents.
